As always excellent care/service provided. There isn't one person on staff who isn't helpful, personable, and courteous. It is like going to see family. I couldn't imagine going any where else for dental care then Midtown Dental unless the entire staff relocated.

Dr. Kleist and staff are always very accessible when needed, and make me feel welcome and appreciated at every visit. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and high quality, comfort-focused dental work that lasts. When I had a random complication they went above and beyond to make it right.

My family has been going to Midtown Dental Clinic for 35 years. I feel confident that what ever our current dental situation is, it is handled with excellent care. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and am greeted as a friend. This is the place I recommend to all my new friends coming into the area.

Dr. Kleist and his assistants provided extreme care to my comfort and well being during my dental visit. He was the best when it came to giving me anesthetic shots; I didn't feel a thing. I rate him as 5 stars for technique and skill, plus he's got great people skills!

Midtown Dental has been my Family Dentist for more than 54 YEARS. 🤗👍 THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER! We love Dr. Bunch & Dr. Kleist. My husband won't see anyone else but Dr. Kleist, his bedside manner is over-the-top phenomenal 👏 We love them all there!!

We moved to the Tri-Cities 34 yrs ago and our family members were patients at Midtown until we retired. I recently had an issue with an implant that Dr Bunch had placed a on 12+ yrs. ago. I was able to go back to have her re-cement it in place! They had my original records and X-rays. Dr. Bunch and her dental assistant Dacia were wonderful, taking care of the whole situation! They went above and beyond to take care of me and reset the crown. The entire staff were so helpful! I highly recommend their dental practice!

I had broken my temporary crown, it was past closing time of the office. My appointment to seat the permanent crown wasn’t for another 5 days. I called after hours to explain my predicament leaving a message. The office was quick to respond and worked me in the very next day. Was so thankful for their kindness working me right in. I love this dentist office, they have the greatest staff and dentists 🦷 Happy camper today! 😊

Best dental group I’ve ever been to. Caring and attentive, they get me in quickly for emergencies and excellent dentistry skills. Hygientist is amazing too.

Highly recommend coming here if you can. They have the friendliest staff and the best technicians. Really feels like they genuinely care about their patients. I have absolutely no plans on leaving them any time soon.
